Job Overview

commercial supply chain operations, translating military logistics and operations

Build measurable, transferable skills in process improvement, supplier risk analysis, and
cross-functional project leadership.
Complete structured performance reviews at defined milestones (Weeks 4, 8, 9, and 12)
to track development and career alignment. Culminate in a capstone project and formal assessment of full-time employment opportunities.
Qualifications
Objective: Redefine and optimize process flow from receipt of inbound materials through to line-side delivery.
Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing inbound material workflows; identify bottlenecks, waste, and efficiency gaps.
Develop a proposed optimization strategy (e.g., flow mapping, layoutadjustments, or process automation).

Process auditing, workflow optimization, and KPI-based performance measurement.
Conduct supply chain gap analysis and gain operational exposure to SDE activities.
Perform a deep-dive supply chain gap analysis. Identify key risks and present actionable mitigation strategies to leadership.
Engage in day-to-day SDE activities within the mechanical and New Product Introduction (NPI) space; support supplier relationship management and quality assurance initiatives.
