Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to support day-to-day Mission Support operations at our Austin facility. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing service parts inventory while supporting delivery coordination, warehouse operations, logistics, and warranty administration to ensure the right parts and equipment are available at the right time to support our growing fleet.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Planning
Manage day-to-day service parts inventory levels at the Austin Mission Services facility.
Forecast inventory demand and align stocking levels with operational and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS) and CRM platforms.
Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Develop working knowledge of Saronic's service parts catalog and inventory processes.
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inbound shipments.
Manage outbound logistics, including pick, pack, and ship activities for service operations.
Coordinate delivery load-outs and prepare customer shipping documentation.
Optimize warehouse layout, storage locations, and tooling to improve operational efficiency.
Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
Partner with internal teams and logistics providers to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective transportation.
Warranty & Service Operations Support
Support warranty administration by maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation.
Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) activities with internal stakeholders.
Assist with warranty claims processing and tracking in accordance with established procedures.
Build familiarity with Saronic's warranty policies, service workflows, and customer support processes.
Process Development & Continuous Improvement
Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse, inventory, logistics, and warranty operations.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, logistics responsiveness, and service operations.
Help scale warehouse and inventory processes as fleet and service requirements continue to grow.
Follow established procedures while proactively escalating unfamiliar parts, shipments, delivery requirements, or warranty issues when guidance is needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain within technology, manufacturing, or related industries.
Experience supporting warehouse startup activities or implementing inventory management processes is strongly preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
Working knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); CRM experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting, inventory analysis, and forecasting.
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, pick/pack/ship operations, delivery coordination, and inventory documentation.
Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts; current forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is preferred.
Understanding of warranty administration or RMA processes is preferred.

Additional Details
Based in Austin, TX.
Hands-on role requiring physical activity, including lifting materials, operating warehouse equipment, and working within a warehouse environment.
Occasional travel (15–20%) to other facilities or partner locations may be required.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the warehouse.
Manual dexterity to operate computers, scanners, warehouse equipment, and office tools.
Visual acuity to read screens, inventory labels, shipping documentation, and reports.
Occasional reaching, bending, stooping, and climbing as required for warehouse operations.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
