As a Project Engineer, you will drive R&D initiatives from concept to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring technical, schedule, and budget goals are met. You will manage risks, solve complex challenges, and keep stakeholders aligned - turning breakthrough ideas into real-world aerospace solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and staffing strategies for high-impact R&D initiatives.
• Build accurate cost, resource, and schedule forecasts to align with business objectives.
• Monitor project performance using data-driven insights to ensure milestones, quality standards, and technical requirements are met.
• Deliver clear, concise updates and presentations to stakeholders across the organization.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to maintain stability.
• Resolve project challenges by coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping decision-makers informed.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration across engineering, operations, and business functions to achieve overall project success.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires bachelor’s degree in area of Mechanics, Aircraft, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a comparable engineering role, demonstrating ability to manage technical initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office for effective planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, maintaining quality execution and composure.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, allowing you to structure complex workstreams, anticipate challenges, and drive projects forward.
• Fluency in English, ensuring effective collaboration in a global organization.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proven experience in program and project engineering, including building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for executive audiences.
• Background in customer- or government-funded technology development, including proposal preparation and execution.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and collaboration with external partners.
• Recognized expertise or thought leadership in aerospace or technology development.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar

Zakres wynagrodzenia dla tego stanowiska wynosi 8 167,0 PLN – 16 667,0 PLN.
