Internship dates: April 20-May 22, 2026 (Tentative 5 week)

What will your day to day will look like:

Specifically, you will:

  • Work within a highly specialized team to establish and achieve high expectations, goals and daily targets.

  • Manage multiple tasks at various levels of completion, using the best use of time and resources to complete work.

  • Use specialized equipment, related software and systems such as, but not limited to, robotics, tooling, and Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) grinding, milling, and EDM.

  • Set up, monitor and troubleshoot automated manufacturing center equipment.

  • Facilitate continuous improvement by using tools such as Kaizen events.

  • Keep current with job requirements, products, computer technology (e.g. MS Office products), and company policies.

What you need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired

  • Independent, self-motivated, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of Cad packages would be an asset

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong Project Management Skills

  • Commitment to EH&S, Production and Quality objectives

  • Commitment to the application of new technologies, closed door and lean manufacturing principle.
