The Financial Analyst – FLDP Off-Program Role is designed for graduates of the FLDP who are ready to apply their skills and knowledge to a key financial role within our business.
This off placement role supports the Fire Control Radar Products (FCRP) part of the Raytheon Organization that rolls up under Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) and Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) at the Strategic Business Unit level of Raytheon. This role supports the Production phase of our APG-82 radar build. Our radar is a fantastic product and includes both airborne (F-15 fighter jets) and shipborne applications. We are a growing business and need your help.
What You Will Do:
- Lead analyst of multiple programs/contracts
- Financial forecasting
- FP&A responsibilities: Short Range Outlook (SRO), Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Long Range Planning
- Baseline Planning and Development
- Estimates at Completion (EACs)
- Risk and Opportunity development and tracking
- Variance analysis and cost management
- Cash management for the program
- Internal/external financial report development
- Ad hoc analysis that leadership will use to make key business decisions
- Support various customer and senior management level meetings
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Successful completion of the RTX Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Excel, SAP, and other financial systems.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or a related industry.

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
