The Principal Recruiting Business Partner is a strategic partner and advisor to the business team(s) they support. They are responsible for architecting comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes. This role involves sophisticated stakeholder management at the executive level, developing innovative talent acquisition frameworks, and establishing best practices across the recruitment lifecycle. The Principal Recruiting Program Manager serves as a thought leader who drives strategic initiatives, influences talent acquisition policy, and acts as a trusted advisor to leadership. Additionally, this role involves mentoring recruiters, providing coaching on complex recruitment challenges, and elevating the capabilities of the broader talent acquisition function through knowledge sharing and skill development. This is not a people management role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with executive stakeholders across assigned business groups; serves as a trusted talent advisor, influencing talent strategy decisions at senior levels.
Architects and implements sophisticated talent acquisition strategies that anticipate current and future business needs, leveraging market intelligence to develop innovative approaches to challenging talent markets.
Designs and implements talent acquisition frameworks that can be scaled across the organization, setting standards for exceptional candidate experience.
Leads complex, high-visibility offer strategies and closing activities for professional and senior-level candidates, demonstrating advanced negotiation techniques.
Establishes the strategic recruiting operating rhythm for aligned business units, including leading-edge analytics, predictive forecasting, and strategic workforce planning.
Mentors and coaches recruiting team members on complex recruitment challenges, elevating their capabilities through knowledge sharing, feedback, and professional development guidance.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives and innovation across the talent acquisition function, measuring impact through sophisticated analytics and ROI methodologies.
Collaborates across functions to develop integrated talent solutions that address complex business challenges, breaking down silos between recruiting, HR, and business units.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with progressive responsibility.
5+ years managing and influencing executive-level stakeholders (VP/C-suite)
Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate relationship tools; expertise in leveraging technology to drive recruitment efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years as a Recruiting Manager with demonstrated success in developing team capabilities and driving strategic initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making and talent strategy.
Advanced data analytics expertise: ability to develop predictive models, conduct market analyses, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
Extensive experience supporting Corporate functions (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Enterprise Technology) or similar domains with demonstrated business impact.
Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives that yield measurable results.
Ability to conceptualize and establish organization-wide recruiting frameworks and governance models that scale effectively across various business units.
Executive communication mastery: able to create compelling business cases, strategic proposals, and executive briefings that drive organizational change and investment in talent acquisition.
Compensation Range for:
WA applicants is $157,059.00 - $219,882.60Other site ranges may differ

Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
