ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril's Space team is dedicated to expanding our AI-powered capabilities into the final frontier, enhancing Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control for U.S. military and allied partners. We're developing fully integrated hardware and software systems, including Lattice for Space Missions and modular payloads, to address growing threats in space and ensure our Guardians maintain a decisive advantage in this contested warfighting domain.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Drive the construction and build-out of new cleanroom facilities for Space vehicles, bringing proven experience in designing or building cleanrooms, particularly those for space vehicle integration
  • Own our business line’s real estate portfolio across office, R&D lab, test site, initial production, and full rate production sites and ensure our teams have what they need when they need it
  • Manage short term and long term space allocation across the team for both office space and prototyping lab space, getting creative as necessary to meet the rapidly evolving needs of our team
  • Translate engineering and production requirements to facility requirements for new builds, retrofits, and test sites by closely collaborating with Industrial Engineering, Production, and Test teams
  • Collaborate with the corporate real estate team on construction projects to ensure our teams’ requirements are being met and the projects are being delivered on time and on budget
  • Lead the launch of new facilities across Engineering, Production, Real Estate, and IT so that move in is efficient as possible
  • Own the multi-year forecast of real estate needs across the division and determine when and where we make long term investments
  • Manage the financial impact of our real estate portfolio on the Space P&L
  • Execute on special projects across finance, real estate, and facilities as they arise


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have experience in design, construction, and build-out of cleanroom facilities for Space vehicles
  • You love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems
  • You’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility
  • You have excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget
  • You have prior experience designing and/or setting up new production lines or factories - from process mapping through to collaborating with infrastructure design partners and work station design
  • You can read technical documentation like facility drawings, are highly proficient in excel, and have in-depth knowledge of construction means and methods
  • You have 6-10 years experience managing a real estate portfolio or in a manufacturing environment at a high-growth technology company or similar fast-paced environment
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
US Salary Range
$146,000$194,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
