Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

For the Maintenance Team within Airbus Space Spain we are looking for an Maintenance Engineer.

Mission:

Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance activities on machines for production satisfaction, ensuring machine availability and cost efficiency.

Introduce Maintenance expertise in acquisition of new industrial assets and optimize the Maintenance plan for industrial assets in production.

Check definitive documentation for Maintenance of new assets; Maintenance reports of assets in production; Maintenance plan; Asset Maintainability analysis; Needs for industrial spare parts;  Learning solution development need

Main Activities:

• Maintenance Focal Point for specific area
• Jigs & Tools, Containers, Auxiliary Means Technologies
• AFP, ATL, Autoclave, Cutting, Freezer, Painting, Trimming, Milling, Handling, Test machines: Specialist in Airbus Machine Technology
• Spare parts engineering, FMEA
• Review and performance of procedures
• Review and performance preventive maintenance and predictive
• Support breakdowns, OEM contacts
• Definition and documentation in new facilities and assets
• Definition and documentation in modifications and improvement (Kaizen)
• RCM: Reliability Centered in Maintenance
• TPM: Total Productive Maintenance
• RCA: Root Cause Analysis (PPS, Shainin)
• Management and control of activities in Maximo / SAP
• IVUs: Supervision and approval of measurements in tools
• Interaction with ME & QA
• Participation in SQCDP panels and meetings with stakeholders
• Asset Consumables: Control, stock, purchase, improvements
• Metrology: Interface to Metrology, budget, task monitoring, improvements
• Knowledge: Ensure feedback within Airbus maintenance department
• Reports: All maintenance related reports
• Cibersecurity: Support the activities relation with the IoT
• Sustainability: Activities to ensure the goals of ADS
• Industrial cleaning management
• Software adquisition, control and upgrade of industrial means
• Management of industrial means systems
• Backups of industrial means systems
• Participation in MFT of strategy project related with industrial means
