[Soraban](https://zerogtalent.com/ai-companies/soraban), a Tempe, Arizona-based startup developing administrative AI software for accounting firms, announced Prepare in June 2026 to automate workpaper organization and leadsheet generation. By May 2026, the platform had supported over 500 accounting firms across six tax seasons. Customers using the platform report administrative workload reductions between 30% and 50%.
