What to know
Pay is based on courses completed before the internship, not courses planned after. You must be able to complete at least one more semester after the internship.
Sierra Space (a Sierra Nevada Corporation subsidiary) is a smaller company (~1,500 employees), so interns get meaningful exposure to programs. However, the company has had layoffs (2023-2024), so ask about program stability during interviews.
