## Automating Pre-Construction Analysis

Brickanta targets the phase where general contractors and builders examine thousands of pages of tender documents, architectural specifications, and historical cost sheets to bid on projects. The software ingests proprietary organizational data, past estimates, and regional technical standards to surface omissions, highlight unpriced risks, and assemble trade-specific procurement packages.

## The Team Behind the System

Bein Fahlander serves as CTO and completed a bachelor of science in computer science at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 2017 and 2020.
