Conversion to full-time
Boeing has formal "Intern to Entry Level Conversion" pathways. While no public conversion rate is available, the company explicitly recruits returning interns for full-time positions. Performing well during your internship is the primary conversion factor.
Boeing values team collaboration and structured problem-solving. In your application, highlight specific engineering projects with measurable outcomes. For defense internships, be prepared for clearance processing — you must be a U.S. citizen. Having prior Boeing internship experience significantly improves your chances for return offers.
