## Job description

_Company Profile:_ Eze is a wholesale B2B electronics marketplace, and is expanding its digital footprint. We are in search of a skilled Social Media Content Creator & Community Builder who will be instrumental in boosting engagement on our social media channels - Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels. This role involves creating captivating and engaging content about our products, operations, technology updates, as well as actively building and nurturing our online community.

_Location:_ Onsite - Los Angeles

_Job Type:_ Contract - 20 hours a week.

_List of Responsibilities:_ _Content Creation and Management:_

-   Craft and implement a comprehensive content calendar for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
-   Produce and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing products, warehouse operations, and other relevant content.
-   Write engaging captions, create graphics, and ensure all content aligns with our brand identity.
-   Community Engagement and Building:
-   Foster a strong community by engaging with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content.
-   Organise and host live sessions, Q&As, and other community-driven events.
-   Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand community reach and engagement.

_Strategy Development:_

-   Develop and execute strategies to increase follower count, engagement rates, and overall brand presence on social media.
-   Stay abreast of social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy to maintain relevance and engagement.

_Analytics and Reporting:_

-   Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
-   Continuously refine strategy based on performance metrics and industry trends.

_Team Collaboration:_

-   Work closely with the marketing and warehouse teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and to identify new content opportunities.
-   Participate in cross-functional meetings to align social media activities with broader company objectives.
-   Should be available to travel to cover events and conferences Eze participates in.

_Qualifications:_

-   Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and community engagement.
-   Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
-   Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

_Performance KPIs:_

-   Growth in follower count on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and TikTok.
-   Engagement rate, including likes, comments, shares, and saves.
-   Increase in content reach and impressions.
-   Frequency and consistency of content posting.
-   Community feedback and sentiment analysis.
-   Conversion rate, tracking how social media efforts lead to measurable business outcomes (e.g., leads, sales).
