## Job description

Coding agents are getting absurdly good at writing code. Engineering teams are not getting absurdly good at coordinating around them. The result: agents write 10x more code, but teams are still reviewing and aligning on intent at 1x resulting in costly mistakes.

**Coding agents amplify the cost of bad planning.** We're building Scott AI to fix that.
