At Zetta, we're building the next NVIDIA to accelerate AI discovery. Our XPU chips are state-of-the-art AI compute engines, versatile and efficient enough to support AGI, and eventually ASI, without requiring massive power infrastructure.

The team consists of exceptional engineers obsessed with pushing the boundaries of what's possible in computing, and we're now seeking a Chief of Staff to set the culture, take care of the team, and keep the machine running!

Your Background (important in bold)

• Background in operations, chief of staff, executive assistant, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational fundamentals (calendars, priorities, deadlines, follow-ups, nothing slips)
• People and culture discipline (onboarding, morale, team care, rituals that make people love showing up)
• Hiring process expertise (sourcing coordination, scheduling, candidate experience, closing support)
• Proficiency with office operations (space, vendors, equipment, events, logistics)
• Strong written and verbal communication (internal updates, comms, representing the CEO when needed)
• Work across the CEO, the team, and external partners to keep everyone aligned and unblocked
• Sound judgment with confidential information and a strong bias toward action

Huge Plus If

• Early-stage startup experience (fewer than 20 people, ideally deep tech, hardware, or AI)
• 1+ years (or equivalent) supporting a technical founder or executive
• Experience building company culture from scratch (values, rituals, team events)
• Recruiting ownership experience (running pipelines, not just scheduling interviews)
• Familiarity with the AI, semiconductor, or hardware talent landscape
• Fluency with modern ops tooling (Notion, Linear, ATS systems)
• Someone who doesn't fret when faced with chaos and brings calm and order wherever they go
