Job Description
VectorShift · Full-time · Remote
About the role
As a Product Manager, you will own the core VectorShift builder platform: the canvas, agents, integrations, and everything that makes non-technical users able to ship real AI products.
You will work directly with the founders and our engineering leads, and you will have real ownership from day one. This is not a backlog-grooming job. The platform is the core of the company, and this person will shape what it becomes over the next year — as we scale it alongside pilots with several >$1bn revenue enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Own the builder platform: Drive step-change improvements in the builder UI/UX, lead our “text to product” experience (describe what you want in natural language and get a working workflow or agent), and own platform stability, including building out a comprehensive automated test suite.
- Lead new initiatives from zero to one: Scope and ship new products and capabilities as the platform and market evolve.
- Go deep on existing products: Take the builder, agents, integrations, and deployment surfaces we already have and make them meaningfully better: depth, polish, and completeness.
- Know the competition: Track competing no-code AI and agent-building platforms closely, identify the gaps that matter, and turn that into what we build.
- Run platform operations: Coordinate and execute the operational side of the product: templates, documentation, and tutorials.
- Coordinate across design and engineering: Work closely with designers and engineers to scope, spec, and ship features end to end, and spin up quick prototypes, keeping everyone aligned on priorities and details.
- Execute on tight timelines: Break work into shippable pieces, unblock the team quickly, and drive releases to completion without letting quality slip.
Requirements
- ~1 to 2 years of product management experience. We care more about raw intelligence and judgment than years on a resume; if you are exceptionally sharp, we want to talk regardless.
- Scrappy: you find a way. You prototype with AI tools, hack together demos, and don’t wait for permission or perfect information.
- Urgency: you move fast by default. Days, not weeks.
- Obsessive attention to detail: you will personally QA the product, click every button, and catch bugs before users do. If “roll up your sleeves” sounds beneath you, this isn’t the role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in high paced environments. You can write a crisp spec and run a tight process with engineers.
- CS familiarity is a plus, but not required. You should be comfortable holding your own in technical conversations with engineers and willing to dig into how things work under the hood when debugging or specing a feature.
- Experience building with no-code tools (e.g., workflow builders, automation platforms) is a plus.
About VectorShift
VectorShift provides tooling to create custom AI workflows quickly. End-users can run and modify these pipelines using our no-code platform, and developers can ship complex production-grade AI chains directly to end-users using our API and SDK. In addition to expanding our core platform, we are working with several >$1bn revenue enterprises to pilot our solutions for specific high-impact use cases.
