- Knowledge of construction, trades, or SMB software (big plus)

## Job description

**Earn 10% of the revenue from every partnership you sign, every quarter, for as long as you're here. No cap.**

Truss is the financial platform for construction companies: business banking, invoicing and payments, and charge cards, built for contractors. We grow through construction software platforms, accounting and bookkeeping firms, and franchises that bring their customers to Truss.

This role is built for someone who wants their pay tied directly to what they bring in.

### How you get paid

-   **10% of net revenue** from every partnership you sign, paid quarterly
-   **Recurring:** commission keeps paying on those customers for as long as you're with us, not just in the quarter you close
-   **Uncapped:** every partner you add stacks on top of the last
-   **$45K base** while you build your book. The base is designed to fall away: once you pass $200K a year, you've outgrown it
-   **$40K trade show budget** in year one to get in front of partners

### What you'll do

-   Find, sign and launch partners: construction software platforms, accounting and bookkeeping firms, and franchises
-   Target: at least one partner with 5,000+ customers each quarter
-   Manage your partners after signing so their customers keep coming, which also keeps your commission growing

### You might be a fit if you

-   Have closed partnership or channel deals at a fintech or vertical SaaS company
-   Know construction, trades or SMB software (a big plus)
-   Would rather bet on yourself than take a big salary

**Location:** Austin, TX preferred, or remote in the US. Contractor role.
