Platform Lead - AI Engineer

Storylane has been crushing it since we launched in 2021 (3.5x revenue growth in 2023, 2.5x in 2024). In 2025, we scaled to $10M ARR and 4,000 customers, and we’re building fast with a lean, remote team. We've got Gong, Amazon, Microsoft, NASDAQ, and other major players using our demo automation platform.

Requirements / Responsibilities

• As platform lead, you'll be go-to-person for all things with AI in platform - Demos Suite & RepX.
• Have a strong background in computer science with a degree in CS or a related field.
• Successful startup exp is preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in backend systems.
• Proficient with Python , AWS , Agents
• Have systems level knowledge
• Solid understanding of how to deliver complex backend applications considering performance, design and scale.
• Communicate updates or solutions clearly to customers, product leads and teammates.
