Role Responsibilities

AI-Powered Storytelling: Leverage state-of-the-art AI animation models and our internal video generation platform to produce polished 60-second episodes at scale.

Rapid Production Excellence: Generate high-quality episodes efficiently, maintaining consistency while adapting to various genre requirements and social platform specifications.

Creative Interpretation: Transform provided titles, themes, and genres into unique visual narratives. You'll have substantial creative latitude to innovate within genre boundaries.

Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot common AI video generation issues with agility, from character consistency and motion artifacts to scene transitions and temporal coherence.

Multi-Genre Mastery: Navigate diverse storytelling styles, adapting your approach to match the tone and expectations of each genre while maintaining production velocity.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency with major AI video generation platforms and tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, or similar)

• Deep understanding of AI video pipeline workflows: prompt engineering, iteration strategies, and output optimization

• Expert-level troubleshooting skills for common AI generation challenges (consistency, hallucinations, motion quality, artifacts)

• Strong grasp of short-form content requirements and social platform constraints (aspect ratios, pacing, hook creation)

• Knowledge of post-production techniques to enhance and polish AI-generated footage

• Ability to maintain visual and narrative consistency across episode sequences

Contract Details

Duration: 1-month contract

Compensation: Competitive rates based on experience and output volume (industry ranges: $50-300 per episode or equivalent hourly/project rates depending on complexity and deliverables)
