Job Description

You’ll run and manage bunch of agents that work 24/7 to print dollars across pipeline management, customer success, marketing.


Interview Process

Fast and high-signal.

Step 1: a short intro call with the founder, 20 to 30 minutes, on mutual fit and what you have built.

Step 2: a paid trial on a real, scoped piece of pipeline. You stand up agents against an actual goal and we both watch the number, usually over a few days to two weeks, paid at market. Step 3: a final conversation on scope, comp, and start date. We hire on what you ship, not your resume. We use scorecards with clear metrics, not vibes. Expect a decision within days at each step. If it is a no, you will hear quickly and clearly.
