Founding Operations Lead

We’re looking for someone who loves building things, solving problems, and making impossible timelines happen. The goal is to dramatically reduce lead times, improve quality, and enable more efficient manufacturing at scale.

You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, customers, and manufacturers to help build the operating engine behind the company.

No two days will look the same. One day, you might be reviewing engineering drawings; the next day, you might be launching entirely new manufacturing capabilities, coordinating large hardware shipments, improving internal workflows, or helping onboard new manufacturing partners. 

What you’ll do

• Own manufacturing operations from order to delivery
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Build and expand our mechanical manufacturing capabilities 
• Coordinate production, logistics, and customer deliveries
• Build systems and processes that scale with the company
• Solve problems quickly and keep things moving
• Hire contractors, consultants, and external resources when needed
• Help shape the future of autonomous manufacturing

Who we’re looking for

• High ownership and strong execution skills
• Mechanical and Manufacturing engineering experience
• Excited about hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, robotics, & AI
• Comfortable working with technical products and engineering teams
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Loves moving fast and figuring things out
• Thrives in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments
