## Job description

We’re Optifye - We put cameras in factories and use computer vision to digitalise manual operations in factories.

In a span of only 9 months, our clients include the world’s top automotive, medical device, garment, and electronics manufacturers.

We recently closed our seed round at a 25m USD valuation and are now MELTING under customer demand. Manufacturers reach out to us everyday & we’d like to service them all - that's why we’re looking for a cracked founding engineer to join our team.

### **👀 You are a fit if you:**

- Deploy models to prod, not just notebooks
- Have amazing design sense
- Can move across the entire stack
- Have created agents before
- Hate meetings, love shipping

### **⚡ Why Optifye?**

- Tiny team, big revenue
- Real-world impact, zero fluff
- High ownership, high speed
- Industry leading salary + meaningful equity

### **🔥 Culture**

We’re not chill. We’re not corporate. We are **obsessed** with speed, performance, and impact.

- Hacker house vibes. All-in energy.
- Low ego, high output.
- We talk to users & build things. That’s it.

### **🎯 Apply If**

- If you think you’re cracked
- Your GitHub is your resume
- You want to be **early at something big**, not late at something safe

We’re changing how factories will operate forever. We’re building a future where factories will have complete visibility into every aspect of their shop-floor & have AI supervisors with complete operational context.

Let’s build the next generational company to come out of India together!
