About the Role
Mixpanel's marketing team is responsible for building the GTM strategy, positioning, and narratives that bring our AI-powered product intelligence vision to life for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market (GTM) strategy in EMEA as well as leading our Data and Platform GTM. This Senior PMM will execute major launches and demand generation campaigns, lead our voice-of-customer program in the region and influence our product roadmap based on feedback and insights from the EMEA market.
This person will play a pivotal role in owning Mixpanel’s marketing strategy in EMEA and aligning stakeholders across the company to deliver on that strategy. The right person will be highly self motivated and looking to operate in a high-ownership environment. This role will report to the VP of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative GTM strategies that build brand and pipeline for Mixpanel in key EMEA markets.
- Work closely with Product to help influence and deliver on our platform and data vision/roadmap.
- Craft compelling positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value and unique advantages of our product strategy to our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to help build and deliver relevant use-cases and capabilities for the EMEA market.
- Partner with demand generation to implement compelling marketing campaigns to drive brand and pipeline.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of GTM initiatives, leveraging data in Mixpanel to make informed decisions and optimize future launches.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- A Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, solution engineering, or customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies for software products.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead through influence.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-first mindset.
