Operations Associate

Every fast-moving startup needs someone who keeps the gears turning, handling the work that isn't yet automated, hired for, or on fire because they're on top of it. That's this role.

• You're the operational backbone. When something needs doing, you're the one who makes it happen.
• Massive surface area: customer ops, admin, research, CRM, scheduling, follow-ups, whatever's broken that week.
• Direct line to the founder and team. You'll see exactly how an AI startup runs from the inside and build skills that compound for years.
• Early enough to shape how we work, late enough that there's real revenue and real customers.

What you'll do

• Run the admin layer.
• Close the loop on everything. Nothing falls through the cracks, no one has to follow up twice.
• Turn founder-led chaos into repeatable systems.
• Step into whatever's needed.

Who we're looking for

• Manages dozens of priorities without dropping any.
• Picks up new tools and domains fast.
• Holds a high bar for quality, including the invisible work.
• Strong written English. Clear, fast async communication.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
