The Role
As a Sales Support Associate, Listings, your role is integral to our growth strategy. You will be responsible for prospect engagement, call and deck preparation, data analysis, and customer follow-up. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and strategic research is key for relationship curation and pipeline development. With a focus on cultivating listings, you'll play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and achieving key organizational objectives. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to maximize opportunities and solidify our position within the Capital Markets industry, making your role instrumental in shaping the future success of LTSE. Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend prospect meetings.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of prospect meetings.
- Conduct thorough and timely research on industries and prospects to establish a robust pipeline.
- Systematically organize and follow up on client data and meetings using HubSpot CRM.
- Analyze data of lost prospects to continuously improve our processes.
- Employ advanced Google Slide and PowerPoint skills to create compelling presentations for client meetings.
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills in interactions with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport and nurture relationships in person and via email or phone.
- Proficient creating and editing presentation skills utilizing Google Sheets/Excel,Google Slides/PowerPoint.
- Excellent research skills, demonstrated by the ability to gather comprehensive insights from data.
- Strategic use of publicly available information for prospecting and research.
- Proactive and prompt approach in addressing tasks and responsibilities.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical approach.
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-initiating individual with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Possesses the ability to comprehend and fulfill customer needs effectively.
- Engages in cross-functional collaboration, fostering seamless teamwork across diverse departments.
- LTSE currently offers employment to candidates who reside in select states. However, this role will be required to work East Coast hours.
Education & Experience
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university required.
- Experience in research and customer outreach, emphasizing a proactive and client-centric approach.
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Financial Services knowledge (Capital Markets, fixed income, equity, asset management, retail banking, fintech, investment banking, brokers, etc.)
LTSE's Compensation Philosophy
The target salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 with an anticipated midpoint of $90,000.
Base compensation is part of a total rewards package including stock options and benefits, and may include additional performance incentives. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using multiple databases including Pave, Radford, McLagan, and other peersets, to ensure competitive and fair pay.
To determine the compensation for the role, we use a data-driven, blended rate approach to ensure we are paying competitively among our peers by benchmarking to companies of similar size and stage, and hire at the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the salary range.
