Job Description
We're four people. You'd be the fifth, working with me in SF.
Agents do most of the implementation. The job is choosing what to build, breaking it into pieces an agent can execute, reviewing the output, and proving in production that it works. You'd own whole surfaces: onboarding, the plan view, route search, whatever comes next.
Python is primary, with some Flutter and Next.js.
0 to 3 years. New grads fine. We care about work ethic, raw intelligence, and technical curiosity more than where you went to school or worked.
You should already use Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor daily, have views on getting production-grade output from them, and be able to tell when one is wrong. You should love coding but love building even more.
San Francisco, in person two or three days a week. The rest of the team is in Mexico City. Salary and equity are above. Equity vests monthly over four years with a one-year cliff.
Interview Process
A call about what you've built, a remote coding challenge (a few hours, use your AI tools), then a paid day on a real issue with the founder. References and an offer after that. No leetcode.
