A lot of what you do will be starting from scratch. You can expect a lot of autonomy; in return, we expect you to have a strong sense of ownership and desire to help shape the future direction of the company. The developer will have a chance to work directly with the core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities: - Developing frontend and backend architectures. - Designing interactive sites. - Developing backend applications. - Creating servers and databases for functionality. - Ensuring responsiveness of applications. - Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. - Building out our proprietary home price prediction model. - Designing and developing APIs.  - Meeting both technical and consumer needs. ### **Our requirements** We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - At least 5 years of programming experience, ideally with both frontend and backend exposure. - Able to communicate proficiently in English. - Proficiency with frontend languages such as JavaScript (ReactJS, NextJS) and backend languages and frameworks: NestJS (NestJS Microservices), Typescript, ExpressJS, Eslint, TypeORM - Proficiency with database technology such as PGSQL and MongoDB. - Familiarity with ML and big data concepts. ### **Benefits and Opportunities** Candidates will have unparalleled learning opportunities for learning and accelerated career growth working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.
