Job Description
About This Role:
Hillclimb is looking for a research engineer to join the team to assist with the following objectives:
- Synthetic data generation pipelines to create RL environments.
- Creating pipelines to ensure quality on generated environments.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong understanding of foundational NLP & RL Techniques.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and system design.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, C++, or similar) on Linux systems, with experience building large-scale services, infrastructure tooling, or distributed systems.
- Ability to reason about trade-offs between performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- General SWE experiences and experience with LLM training is a bonus.
