## Job description

Hercules is hiring **AI-native growth hackers**. Your job is to help us grow from 100k users and $XXM of revenue to 100M users and $100M+ revenue as quickly as possible. **You will have an unlimited AI budget.**

  

We are looking for true AI power users. Not people who use ChatGPT to be 10 to 20% more productive. We want people who can use AI plus code to 100x themselves and do things that were not possible two years ago.

  

If you are a growth hacker at the cutting edge of AI, with a voracious appetite for experimentation, and you want the budget to scale your best playbook, this role is for you.

  

**What you will do**

-   Pick one specific growth wedge and own it end-to-end (programmatic SEO, paid ads, lifecycle, etc.)
    
-   Build an AI-driven system to execute it at scale
    
-   Run tight feedback loops: ship, measure, learn, repeat
    
-   Automate whatever is working so we can scale
    

  

**What skills you need need**

-   Exceptional AI skills (asynchronous agents, automations, evals and QA).
    
-   Strong communication.
    
-   Ability to code (TypeScript-first).
    
-   Track record running successful, large-scale growth strategies

**Pick ONE specific growth play that will have the highest impact and describe it below** (examples: programmatic SEO, TikTok ads, partnerships, lifecycle email).

In your answer, include:

1.  **The play:** What exactly is your play? How does it work? What are the outputs?
    
2.  **How you will use AI to 100x impact:** which AI tools/workflows will you use? How will you ensure high quality?
    
3.  **Measurement:** What metrics will you track? How will you iterate / experiment?
    
4.  **CAC Payback:** How you will ensure this play is profitable?

**Compensation**

$100k to $250k plus equity (based on seniority and location).
