## Job description

We’re building the **AI Creative Strategist for ads**.

Not dashboards. Not copilots.  
A system that **actually generates winning creatives** 🎯

We’ve crossed **$1M ARR in months**, work with companies like SoFi, Rocket Money, and Rappi, and now we’re building our next big bet:

→ An **agentic video editor** that can create, edit, and optimize ad creatives end-to-end 🎬

### **What this actually means**

We want to go from:

_prompt → finished ad that performs_ ⚡

Not just generate clips.  
But decide:

-   what story to tell
-   what visuals to use
-   how to edit it
-   what works (based on real performance data) 📊

### **What you’ll do**

-   Build systems that orchestrate multiple AI models (video, image, audio) 🤖
-   Work with cutting-edge models (Kling, Veo, etc.)
-   Design async pipelines for generation + editing
-   Build real product surfaces, not just infra
-   Define what “AI video creation UX” even looks like ✨

This is **0 → 1 product work**, not maintenance 🚀

### Interview Process

Round 1: 30 min intro call with founder (Prabhat)

Round 2: 1 Hour System Design (LDL / HDL) Round with a Backend / Applied AI Expert

Round 3: 1 Hour Coding Round with a Backend Expert

Round 4: 1 Day at GetCrux Office - Work on GetCrux specific problem statement for 4-6 hours and meet the other team members
