Field Marketing Specialist, Americas
Job Description
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to be a key member of the regional marketing team, responsible for planning and executing a wide variety of marketing initiatives. From managing the complex shipping requirements of a trade show booth to ensuring every attendee at an executive roundtable has a seamless experience to guaranteeing all attendee lists are clean, tracked, and shared with the field in a timely manner, you are the person who makes the strategy a reality.
You are detail-obsessed, operationally rigorous, and keen to dive into all aspects of regional marketing.
What You’ll Do
Program Orchestration & Logistics:
Own logistics for high-touch events, executive roundtables, thought leadership roadshows, industry tradeshows, and account-based activations. This includes venue sourcing, contract routing, catering coordination, and AV management.
Ensure operational excellence across event targeting, registration page setup, invitation creation and management, lead list management, and follow up process.
Support budget management across PO creation, invoicing, and spend tracking.
Own the onboarding and management of the global swag and event materials store including vendor relationship management, item selection, and procurement and inventory oversight.
Serve as the on-site lead at regional field events supporting setup, experience flow, vendor troubleshooting, and real-time run-of-show adjustments.
Partner with the team leaders on overall process efficiency workflows and optimizations.
Constantly be researching creative ideas and experimenting with how to bring next-gen experiences to life in our marketing strategy.
Your DNA
You have 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project management in a high-growth environment.
You find deep satisfaction in a perfectly organized project plan.
You are a team player who believes that no task is too small if it contributes to a flawless experience.
You are comfortable navigating a modern marketing stack and excited to learn new tools and technologies.
You remain calm under pressure. When a shipment is delayed or a vendor falls through, you are already executing Plan B.
Proven ability to manage third-party agencies, production houses, and high-end hospitality vendors.
Technical & Tactical Toolkit
Field Presence: Ability to travel (up to 50% in busy periods) to provide on-site support and lead logistics for events.
