What We're Looking For
Cross River’s Software Engineering group handles the core software responsibilities at Cross River, and as a Senior Software Engineer, you play a key role. You have a growth mindset: embracing ambiguity and seeking opportunities to challenge yourself and continuously grow your skills. This is a challenging role, so we expect you to have significant experience leading and developing complex and distributed engineering systems. We are looking for an individual contributor that enjoys mentoring teammates and working closely with users.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions
- Collaborate with other IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM and app security solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IAM engineers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in IAM technologies such as EntraID, AWS Cognito, Okta, IdentityServer, or similar
- Experience with OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Extensive experience in backend development, preferably with C#
- Familiarity with the principles of cybersecurity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS services
- Experience with Single Page Application (SPA) client-side components related to identity and application security
- Using Identity Management as a code library, such as Duende Identity Server
- Experience with SAML
- Experience with Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC)
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes

Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00
