About the role:

As the Partner AI Enablement Manager, GTM, you’ll be responsible for building a world-class AI Agent partner ecosystem that drives revenue and successful customer outcomes by equipping our partners with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to position, sell, and deliver Cresta AI Agents effectively.

Your focus will be on enabling partners that support Cresta’s Enterprise and Strategic customers, including global SIs, BPOs, and technology partners (ISVs) working with the world’s largest contact centers.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in both live facilitation (virtual and in-person) and scalable self-service enablement delivered through modern learning platforms. Success in this role means partners onboard faster and are better equipped to confidently position and execute with Cresta. By partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you will ensure partners stay aligned with evolving AI Agent capabilities and are equipped to confidently position, implement, and scale Cresta solutions.

  • Work closely with Partner Leadership to ensure enablement programs support broader partner objectives, drive measurable outcomes, and reinforce Cresta's GTM strategy.

Enablement Measurement and Optimization

  • Track and report on partner readiness, certification attainment, partner engagement, and contribution to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Use data and direct feedback from internal stakeholders and partners  to continuously improve programs, content, and delivery methods.
  • Partner with internal teams to measure training effectiveness and ensure ongoing messaging alignment.
  • Ensure partners can clearly articulate and execute on Cresta’s differentiated value within the AI Agent space and industry contexts.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to develop deep expertise in Cresta AI Agents and translate technical capabilities into scalable, self-service enablement programs and assets for partners.
  • Work with the Partner Leadership and Partner Sales teams to develop partner-specific enablement assets from existing direct sales materials, including pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive guidance, and persona-based messaging.
  • Support the Partnerships team by serving as an AI Agent subject matter expert, helping identify customer use cases, position solutions, validate requirements, and navigate complex enterprise engagements.

Qualifications We Value:
