We are looking for an Operations Associate Intern to join our Student Onboarding & Transitions team who is passionate about this role. Join our dynamic team and contribute to manage and enhance the onboarding experience for new and renewed students. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for students into our programs while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and communication.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle the onboarding process for new and renewed students.
2. Coordinate with parents, teachers, and internal teams to schedule classes.
3. Maintain and monitor the average onboarding time, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
4. Track onboarding progress and report on pending or delayed cases.
5. Support the team in improving operational workflows and the overall student experience.

Duration: This is a 6-month full-time internship with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role, contingent on performance and business needs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Stipend: INR 22,000 per month
Shift Time: 1 PM to 10 PM
Week off: Any one day between Monday to Friday

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
