AI-pilled Software Engineer

We're hiring an AI-pilled software engineer to work on experimental ideas.

You’ll report to the CTO and work closely with the CEO.

What you’ll do:

• Rapidly build out entire products from scratch
• Design dev workflows that allow AI speed, with guardrails for reliability
• Actively seek for opportunities to increase productivity for yourself and the team

What we’re seeking:

• Extreme awareness with AI workflows - aware for what’s possible, yet grounded in what’s real
• 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer pre-AI
• Evidence of “product mindset”
