Our Product: ChartHop is the AI-first people platform. Our roots are in Analytics and Planning — helping people teams model org structures, manage compensation, and plan for growth. We've expanded into a full people operations suite covering HRIS, performance management, engagement, and real-time org analytics. Our newest frontier is ChartHop AI — an agentic AI layer that lets HR teams ask questions, surface insights, and take actions across their people data in natural language. We're at an inflection point: AI is reshaping what HR software can do, and we intend to lead that category.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, your work centers on compensation planning cycle configuration, technical integrations, and custom project configuration. You'll run complex compensation planning cycles from configuration through delivery, build the custom outputs customers depend on, and own the setup and migration of third-party integrations and SFTPs. You work autonomously, managing your own projects end-to-end with a high bar for accuracy.
You'll enjoy this role if:
• You are equally comfortable leading clients through a project plan and troubleshooting data configuration and logic issues
• You have a high sense of autonomy and enjoy having ownership of your own projects
• Having the chance to contribute to designing internal processes and workflows excites you
• You thrive at bringing structure and clarity to projects with multiple moving pieces

• Configure, set up, and migrate third-party integrations and SFTP connections for existing customers
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues, data mapping/transformation errors, and sync failures using both the ChartHop UI and API response objects
• Validate data flows end-to-end and ensure outputs meet customer specifications•
Assist with testing and rollout of new integrations and platform capabilities
Customer Engagement & Project Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout each engagement
• Set and manage project expectations across stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive sponsors
• Translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences; build customer confidence at every stage
• Partner with Customer Success to maintain continuity and a consistent customer experience
Internal Contribution
• Create and maintain internal documentation; train teammates on processes as they evolve
• Provide structured product feedback to Engineering and Product based on patterns across
engagements
• Contribute to the processes and playbooks we're building to scale the Professional Services function
HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED
• Customer satisfaction across professional services engagements
• Data quality and accuracy of deliverables at project completion
• Project timelines: phase duration, time to launch, on-time completion
• Reliability and stability of integration and SFTP configurations post-delivery
ABOUT YOU
• 4-6 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS, consulting, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects independently from scoping through delivery
• Direct customer-facing experience across company sizes, from SMB to Enterprise
• Experience configuring or managing third-party integrations and SFTP connections
• Strong aptitude for data structures, technical systems, and software configuration
• Experience with HTML, CSS, or Markdown (used for building compensation letter templates)
• Experience with complex custom formulas (Excel, Python, SQL, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integration patterns
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; equally effective with technical and non-technical audiences
BONUS POINTS FOR
