Job Description
Chariot has proven demand for a new subscription software solution for DAF Providers. This new platform has been co-designed with 6 DAF partners (and 7 more purchased in a few months) that are helping us bring to market. We expect this innovation to be revolutionary for DAF operations and relationships with nonprofit grant recipients. Your job over the next 12–18 months will be to own relationships with DAFs, Foundations, and other payer partners to drive growth and adoption of this new product line.
You will be a specialized DAF partnerships hire on the team.
We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven operator to lead foundational payer partnerships and shape the future of philanthropic financial infrastructure.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to join our growing team
- Own end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting through signed contracts with DAFs, Foundations, and other financial institutions
- Drive signed agreements with key DAF + Foundation partners and steward those relationships long-term
- Increase product usage by identifying high-value integration and collaboration opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Disbursements partners — combining personalized support, strategic guidance, and scalable communications
- Channel insights from our partners to the product team to inform roadmap and feature development
About You
- Relationship Builder – You’re excellent with people and build trust quickly, even in bureaucratic or high-trust environments
- Communication – Your communication is clear, engaging, concise, and persuasive — whether you’re emailing a CFO or demoing to a product team
- Emotional Tolerance – You don’t get discouraged by long sales cycles or initial rejection — you’re persistent and patient
- Hustle – You know how to be scrappy, adaptable, and find creative ways to move deals forward
- Curious & Strategic – You ask smart questions, spot opportunities others might miss, and want to understand the full picture (including our product, roadmap, and infrastructure)

Timing The typical interview process takes 2-4 weeks from start to finish. This tends to be mostly based on our team’s availability. That said, we have moved more quickly and look to accommodate candidates who might have a short timeline or competing offers. The more information you can share about your situation and where you are in the process, the more we can either attempt to expedite/match, or save you time if we cannot.
