Job Description
About Brellium
Brellium's mission is a big one – to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. We’ve built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer, higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients.
Each year, 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk.
Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer, more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Our goal is to give every provider in the U.S. the tools to deliver clinically excellent, data-driven care - at scale.
Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then, we’ve grown to serve over 250,000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven, compliant care. We’re a Series A company with over $30MM in funding from First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures.
About the role
As Brellium's Deployment Associate, AI Solutions, you'll be the technical execution engine behind every customer deployment — building and configuring the AI-powered audit criteria and compliance workflows that make Brellium's platform work for each customer's specific clinical environment. Working within Brellium's internal AI configuration platform, you'll work directly with customers and turn structured clinical & compliance requirements into precise, validated Brellium solutions. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about doing technical work right the first time, enjoys operating at the intersection of clinical compliance and AI tooling, and wants to build deep product mastery at a fast-moving health-tech company.
What you'll do at Brellium
AI Configuration & Technical Execution:
Become a power user of Brellium's internal AI configuration platform — the tool that powers every customer deployment across Brellium's growing customer base
As a product expert, you will provide valuable feedback to Product & Engineer to inform how we evolve & optimize the tool to better serve customer needs
Execute the end-to-end deployment workflow so that customers’ clinical and compliance requirements are translated into scalable and proven solutions
Review and validate your own builds before delivery — cross-checking configuration logic against requirements documentation and ensuring output is accurate and complete before it reaches the customer
Intake & Cross-Team Collaboration:
Receive and process incoming build requests via Linear tickets, clarifying requirements before beginning a build — surface gaps and ambiguities upfront, not after the build is underway
Communicate proactively with Deployment and CSMs on build status, timelines, and any scope issues surfaced during configuration
Escalate when a build requires engineering support — recognize the cases that fall outside the platform's current capability and route them correctly
Support customer-facing criteria alignment calls alongside Deployment and CSMs, building toward the ability to contribute to and eventually lead these calls independently
Documentation & Process Discipline:
Track build times and completion data across your portfolio, contributing to the team's understanding of capacity and velocity by specialty and configuration type
Document configuration decisions, customer-specific exceptions, and edge cases in a way the broader team can reference and act on without follow-up
Contribute to AI solutions process playbooks as you develop expertise — there is meaningful opportunity to shape how this function operates as it scales
Stay current on product updates that affect how builds are structured, validated, or scoped
Clinical Knowledge & Platform Mastery:
Build foundational knowledge of clinical compliance requirements across Brellium's core specialties — through internal training, structured onboarding, and active shadowing
Shadow complex enterprise deployment calls with Deployment Strategists to understand how customer-specific workflows and edge cases translate into configuration logic
Develop working knowledge of Brellium's full platform — chart auditing, coding review, and payor requirements — and how AI-built question sets serve each use case
Escalate scope changes, build complexity, or customer concerns to senior team members; don't try to solve edge cases silently
Work with the Clinical Ops to drive the ongoing optimization of Brellium’s criteria
What we're looking for
0–2 years of experience in technical configuration, implementation, project coordination, or a related operational role
Exceptional attention to detail — you can follow multi-step technical instructions precisely and catch your own errors before they reach the next person
Clear, structured written communication — you document your work in a way others can immediately act on without asking clarifying questions
A genuine drive to build deep technical expertise — you don't need to know AI or healthcare compliance on day one, but you need to be motivated to master both quickly
Process-oriented mindset — you follow playbooks rigorously, flag deviations proactively, and naturally look for ways to improve processes as you go
Comfortable asking questions before starting rather than course-correcting after
A collaborative, team-first approach — you take pride in being the most dependable, unblocking force for the people around you
Bonus Points
Experience working with AI-powered tools, technical product workflows, or LLM-based applications
Background in healthcare, clinical environments, or health-tech
Familiarity with EMR or EHR systems
Experience using Linear or similar project management tools
Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000
We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health benefits, commuter benefits, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity. Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential.
Benefits offered include:
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Equity Compensation
Dinner Provided via DoorDash & stocked kitchen for NY employees
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage coverage of up to 100% premiums for you and your family
HSA / FSA
11 paid holidays each year
Unlimited PTO
Training and professional development
Hybrid Work Schedule (4 days onsite, 3 if located > 1 hour away)
