About the Role

You will work side by side with our CTO to bring the entire HR stack to life. We are currently working to engineer the payroll side of the business, largely starting with US Payroll. You will also help to build LLM powered evaluation tool for applicants trying to join our recruiting platform.

In the coming years, we expect to build out international payroll, contractor management tools, a robust EOR business, and much, much more. Look no further than the leading payroll solutions in Silicon Valley to see just how robust modern HR startups can get.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer
• Experience with building LLM powered applications

Nice to Haves:

• 1+ years at a startup
• Managerial experience
• Experience working on a global team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
