### **About Asha Health**

Asha Health is building an AI OS for outpatient care. It’s the year of AI agents, and startups selling AI agents to healthcare organizations will do great in this wave. ### **About the Role**

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team in our Bangalore office. With how AI models are evolving, we don't believe in traditional roles. Whereas in an older company, a UX designer may spend weeks or months getting features approved, the pace here is totally different and you will be required to wear multiple hats. You will be a hybrid UX Designer & Product Manager. Here's what you can expect:

-   Using AI design tools, you will be designing at a far more rapid pace: 4-5 high fidelity prototypes per day.
-   You will be managing far greater scope than you may be used to; you will lead product & design decision making for dozens of different product areas.
-   You will need to become an expert in the complexities of a highly regulated domain; meaning you should be extraordinary at researching domains and learning much faster than others around you.
-   Your work will create impact far more quickly. What you design today may already be live in production with customers in 2-3 days.
-   You will get to lead product decisions
