Job Description
The analyst of the sales match. We record and analyze real, in-person sales meetings — door-to-door, showroom, home visits — and give reps and their managers AI coaching on every single meeting. The manager used to see each rep once a month. We let them see 100% of the field.
We're YC S26. Over the next 90 days we're going from a French company to a worldwide brand — with design at its core.
## Why we're hiring a designer now
Because we believe design is at the center of great technology products. The product (a dashboard managers live in, plus the field app) needs to feel as sharp as the brand does loud — and the two need to feel like the same company. Today the founders are doing both. We want someone who does it better.
## What you'll own
- Brand: the visual language for our products: design system, social, landing pages, decks etc... Bold, fast, not corporate. You'll set the bar, not follow a template.
- Product: the web dashboard and the field app. Real interfaces managers and reps use daily. You'll bring craft and consistency to UI that today is more functional than beautiful. We need to make AI as understandable as it can.
You'll work directly with the three founders. Short loops, no committees, ship daily.
## Who you are
- You've shipped both brand systems and product UI — and you don't think one is beneath the other.
- You move fast and have taste. Portfolio over résumé.
- You can run with a sentence of direction and come back with something better than we imagined.
- You're comfortable building a brand in a high-visibility, US-facing launch.
- Bonus: You've designed for a startup mid-rocket or you already created generational brands.
## Logistics
- Contract / freelance to start, with a path to more.
- US time zones primary, EU secondary. Remote.
- Start: now-ish. Our launch window is July–August.
If you want to put a brand in front of millions in your first month, this is the one.
Apply with your portfolio — show us the work you're proudest of and why.
The role can lead to a Founding Designer position.
Interview Process
1. Portfolio. Show us the book. We hire on taste and shipped work, not résumés.
2. A call/coffee with a founder (~30 min). The mission, the next 90 days, and how you think.
3. A paid trial — one real brief, half a day to a day. A launch asset and a dashboard screen. We see your speed, your taste, and how you bridge brand and product.

About COACH
Coach is the AI sales coach for in-person sales teams. Reps record every meeting, and our AI figures out what your best closers do differently, then coaches everyone else to do the same, with precise, personalized feedback after every meeting. Managers finally see 100% of what happens in the field: Coach flags who's stuck and why, so they only step in when it matters, and can coach 5× more reps. And every meeting feeds one sales brain, so leadership finally gets answers to the questions that used to be guesswork. They finally see the game of their team not just the scoreboard. Our bet: in the AI era, in-person sales will only matter more. It may end up being one of the last truly human jobs. Our conviction: any motivated rep can become a great one, meeting after meeting. The results so far: +32% average lift in conversion rate. COΛCH, post-game video analysis for field sales reps. YC S26
